   • These Terms of Service govern all local sales made through our store.
   • We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time.

2. Products

   • We strive to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate.
   • Slight variations in color or texture may occur due to natural differences in materials.

3. Orders & Payments

   • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
   • We accept UPI, credit card, debit card, bank transfers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

   • Local deliveries are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days.
   • Customers must provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

5. Returns & Refunds

   • Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase if items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
   • For hygiene reasons, opened or used hair extensions cannot be returned.
   • Refunds are processed to the original payment method or exchanged for another product of equal value.

6. Liability

   • We are not liable for damages or losses arising from misuse of products.
   • Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
